Drawing on her experience leading global sustainability initiatives, Therese will share how people at every level—regardless of role—can influence progress through everyday decisions, behaviours, and innovations.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to activate employees as sustainability ambassadors, how to build ownership and motivation around sustainability goals, and how to align individual purpose with organisational ambition. Therese has a strong personal and professional passion for sustainability. She has worked globally with people and sustainability at Kährs Group and previously at IKEA. Alongside her professional role, she is also an Executive Coach and Yoga Instructor.
